Xtreme HD IPTV offers a 3-day refund period for new subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your subscription within the first three (3) days after payment, you may request a refund, subject to the conditions described below.

Refunds are designed to ensure customer satisfaction while preventing abuse of our subscription services.


2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a refund, your request must meet the following conditions:

  1. The refund request must be made within 3 days of the initial subscription purchase.

  2. The subscription account must not have been used excessively beyond basic testing. Minimal usage for setup and verification is allowed.

  3. Refunds are limited to first-time subscriptions. Renewals or extensions are generally non-refundable.

Requests that do not meet these criteria may be denied at our discretion.


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email our support team at support@xtremehdiptv.inc with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Name / Account Email]”.

    • Email associated with your subscription

    • Subscription plan purchased

    • Transaction ID or payment receipt

  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.


4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  1. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

  2. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  3. Once the refund is processed, your access to Xtreme HD IPTV services will be terminated immediately.

Please note that partial refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion.


5. Non-Refundable Cases

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  1. Requests made after the 3-day period.

  2. Subscriptions that have been used extensively for streaming content.

  3. Renewals, extensions, or multiple concurrent subscriptions.

  4. Refund requests due to technical issues caused by the user’s device, network, or third-party software.

  5. Loss of content access due to non-compliance with Terms of Service.


6. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to avoid automatic renewal:

  1. You must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

  2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after renewal charges have been processed.

  3. Cancelled subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing period, unless a refund is approved within the 3-day window.


7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund request:

  1. Customers are encouraged to contact our support team for clarification or assistance.

  2. We will review each case individually and respond promptly.

  3. Decisions regarding refunds are final and made at the sole discretion of Xtreme HD IPTV, while ensuring fairness and transparency.
